Sonic Drive-in - Humble

I’m from Atascocita and know this sonic very well. I’m sure locals are aware how unbalanced this sonic can be at times. Today I was very pleased with my service, surprised even. I really appreciate how sweet a lady with two braids and glasses spoke to me today. I wish I would have caught her name. She is definitely bringing much needed value to this establishment.

I ordered a cup of coffee, and a young man delivered it to me. He was truly an exceptional server! He made my morning so much better. I wanted to remember his name to give him some well-deserved recognition. This is exactly what great customer service is all about!

It was a wonderful experience! I think there’s room for improvement—maybe just add a little more enthusiasm to the mix. I ordered a chocolate banana shake, but it ended up being just a chocolate shake with half a banana blended in. Still, I'm willing to give it another shot next time! I really liked the staff; they were fantastic!
