Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Humble

I stopped by the drive thru on 11/13 early AM and had an unpleasant experience. Their promoting buy 1 food item, get a free smoothie with the email I had. I showed the young female drive thru worker my email and she mentioned that their scanner is not working at the the drive thru. The right to do was she should have used one of the other scanners at the front counter however she did not and I ended up paying both the Chicken Pesto sandwich and a Peanutbutter Cup smoothie at full menu price for both items. PLEASE CONTACT ME TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEE(S) TO DO BETTER!!

Location is prime! Aesthetics are great! I wasn?t expecting much, but the smoothie was great. In between smoothie king and Jamba Juice in terms of flavor so it tastes authentic without tasting like cardboard. I ordered a veggie hummus wrap and avocado grilled cheese and they were both amazing. This is the top quick food spot for me! Staff was very friendly and service was extremely quick. I got my order within 5 minutes and the store was slammed when I came in. Definitely recommend you stop by!

First time I came there was a fight between 4 of the workers.. which isn 't the first time I 've heard something like this happening at this specific location.. Decided to give it another try and the staff is horrible.. the owner or manger guessing his name is Saggar or Soggier... screams at his employees.. heard from the drive thru window. My food total was 13.56 and I was charged 2 or 3 extra dollars.. when I told them I didn 't want to tip because how long it took. they had to move me up to the sign which still took an extra 5 minutes, and I received the wrong food had to call to get my order corrected. Whole time while sitting in the drive thru 2 Indian men were going back and forward with teen agers and they looked AT LEAST 35.. which is very unprofessional.. no matter boss or manger that 's not how you handle someone else 's children.

Really disappointing as my first 2 visits to this location last week were great smoothie and wraps were delicious. But I went on Tuesday of this week and it was awful my wrap was burned and hard and hardly any chicken and the lettuce was soggy and disgusting. But I figured it was just an off day, so we tried them again today. And it was awful again. We ordered ahead and nothing was ready when we went to pick it up. There was no acknowledgment when we walked in eye contact was made several times but no greeting or offer to help. When we mentioned that it was taking a long time to get the order we were told that we had no idea how it was working for a stressful working place and being short staffed. First that's not true but second, that should never be said to a customer. Then the manager was yelling at another customer. They left out a jalapeño corn and when it was mentioned it was thrown at us and corn went everywhere. And then when we got back to our office we were missing an order. We called corporate about this and were offered $10 we spent around $80 on Tuesday and again today. And the whole thing is we don't want money we want good service like we had the first 2 times we went. The food and smoothies were soo good. But with the poor management and disappointing food 2 times in a row, I don't know that we will be back. And that's alot of business you were getting that is now lost. We have ordered from you 4 times in the past 2 weeks.

Amazing customer service! Sagar was really cool and helpful since I am a picky eater. The chipotle chicken wrap was flavorful and great, and the Bahama Mama was tasty and had the perfect amount of sweetness. This will be a weekly stop for me!
