Worst dairy queen we have ever been to. Person taking our order through the drive thru was rude and kept cutting me off by saying is that it and did not even ask us if we wanted drinks. My pregnant wife went in to use the bathroom and it smelled awful. Completely disgusting. There was pee on the seat, toilet paper on the ground, and smelled so strongly of urine my wife said it burned her eyes and lungs like an old litter box. While waiting in line we watched 2 workers leaning on the counter talking and the female was drinking a soda, and wiped her mouth with her hand then grabbed our food. After receiving our food we got a 5 piece chicken strip basket instead of 6, a dr pepper that was watery and weirdly cherry tasting, cold old gravy, and impressively my fries were a mixture of stale, soggy, and under cooked. Completely disgusting. Will never be returning again.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We ordered chicken tenders and fries, but they arrived cold, and the fries had a texture that reminded me of rubber. The restaurant felt like a refrigerator, which didn't help the situation. When I order food, I expect it to be hot and freshly prepared, not reminiscent of leftover lunch. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Rating: Food: 1, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 1.

I had my fifth meal, which was a double cheeseburger with salad, tomatoes, onions, and fries, accompanied by a drink. It was actually a pretty good burger for a quick meal.
