Írjon visszajelzéstI arrived at the restaurant at 7:50pm, fifteen minutes before closing time. Three customers were already seated and three more came in shortly after. The chef refused to serve the three additional customers because it was too close to closing time. It was clear that the chef did not want to stay past 8pm, even though it would have only taken an extra two minutes to make each sub. This lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing.
1) I don't understand why subs ordered online for pickup aren't marked. Instead, customers have to open each one to find their order. 2) I was happy that I paid for extra cheese, but it was only placed on the top of the sandwich. I think most people would prefer the cheese under the meat so that they get cheese with each bite, especially since they paid extra for it. 3) It would be nice if there was more meat sauce on the sandwiches. There is more sauce in the packaging than on the actual sandwich.
I order a Veggie sub with cheddar cheese on 9 grain bread for my mother multiple times a week.
Excellent service the young lady who made my subdivision was very friendly and professional I'm sorry that I don't have their names but they 22 and of reading thank you
I have been to this location many times and have never have an issue with rudeness the staff is always friendly. I’ve been waited on by “christy” who was mentioned in the previous review and she has always been very pleasant. She is an asset to subway and has a great personality.
