Staff is always a hit or miss. Half the time they're super friendly and the other half they act like you're an inconvenience for even stopping in. The bowls are okay-nothing spectacular, however, they are portioned better than most acai bowl shops. Juices are generally good and the portions are generous. They don't have a large variety of cleanse juices but they all are tasty and will do the job if you're just cleansing for a day or two. I also like that they have a loyalty program and often have bogo deals for loyalty members.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. Google Maps accurately directed me to the location, while Apple Maps left me lost in the large parking lot. The mall where the restaurant is located is very attractive, making it a pleasant place to wander around. I recommend using Google Maps to avoid getting lost, as the mall is quite large. The restaurant is conveniently close to Costco, and I suggest parking in the south lot and walking over the waterfall, as the front lot tends to be full. The restaurant itself is clean and new, with a limited number of indoor and outdoor seating options. I tried the Acai bowl and smoothie, both of which were delicious. The server was friendly and amusing, adding to the positive atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant for those looking for a large Acai bowl and good vibes. If seating is limited, visitors can easily walk a short distance to the beautiful waterfall area, which has plenty of chairs and umbrellas for relaxing.

I arrived at 6:10 and was disappointed to find that the staff was unwilling to make a toxin flush drink for me because they were closing at 7. It is concerning that the restaurant would employ workers who are not willing to accommodate customers, as it may affect their business in the long run.

I have been a longtime fan of Nektar and have always enjoyed their green juice and açaí bowls. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. The quality of their service has gone down and they no longer seem to prioritize customer satisfaction. I arrived at their location 35 minutes before closing and waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged. When I finally went to order, I was told that they had already closed the juice machine, even though it was still visible and operational. According to them, they stop serving juice 30 minutes before closing, but I'm not sure if this is actually their policy or if they were just trying to push me away. It's a shame that I will have to find a new spot to satisfy my cravings.
