Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House

Just got the worst steak sandwich I’ve ever had. No flavor, bun was cold and not baked, if I could send a pic it’s pitiful , not like Gino’s usually

My family and I love this place people are really nice and the food is great ? well we obviously love eating from Gino's but last night was uncalled for yesterday was July 7th 2024 we decided to have food from Gino's when we got our food we did not get the ranch for our mushrooms and I asked for ranch for my chicken and french fries and the chicken was overcooked my old man called to see about getting ranch we waited and waited so I called to talk to the manager about it and by the time I got to talk to him the person was here with our ranch so I told him they're here well he was rude and hung up on me and that was that so I guess I'll choose my time wisely and when I get food from there if the managers are going to be rude and disrespectful they don't need their job

Extra Large double cheese sausage was spot on, perfect bake, sausage could have been rendered a bit further to crispness before adding to pizza

The pizza was heavy and forgettable. As I was walking out, I saw the sandwiches. I will be back to try them.
