Hikudo Asian Bistro Sushi - Huntington

If you want a quiet dinner of sushi and other Asian dishes, this is a very good choice. The pad thai with a touch of heat as an app is beautiful. We also had a false soup that didn't have too much salt. The tower roll is very satisfying and the quality of the individual sushi is also quite good. The menu is perhaps smaller than others in the city, but the eternal was very fresh and tasty.

The sushi here is outstanding and reasonably priced. The waitstaff is friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant is clean and offers a calm atmosphere. While the service can be a bit slow when it's busy, the delicious sushi makes it worth the wait. Definitely worth a visit!

I dined with my family today and really enjoy the food here. However, the sushi took quite a while to arrive. The sushi chef could benefit from wearing proper cooking attire. There was a rather heavyset waiter who just stood by the sushi bar, seemingly not doing much. On the other hand, the waiter in the blue shirt was fantastic—he was busy but still very friendly to customers. He provided excellent service and kept refilling water for everyone, even for those just picking up orders. Overall, the food is good, and I’d give a solid 5 stars for the experience. Cheers!

I love Hikudo! I work just a few doors down, and the sushi is always exceptional. I’ve never been disappointed trying new dishes. The sushi is consistently delicately prepared and incredibly fresh. It’s a great spot to sit at the sushi bar, enjoy a meal, and sip a cold beer. I've been to many sushi restaurants, but I keep coming back here. I highly recommend it! -Keith.
