Subway - Huntington

I couldn’t even place my order. The wait for service is always too long. If you’re on a lunch break, waiting half an hour behind just two customers is not feasible. The woman working was complaining about her colleague not being there and kept saying she would leave at 5:30 if they didn’t show up. What’s the plan, to leave the store empty? After standing there for 10 minutes, I had enough and went to Wendy’s instead, where I got my order in under 5 minutes. Subway, you really need to hire more staff; it would help you attract more customers from the surrounding businesses.

Every time we visit this Subway, David consistently messes up our order, resulting in us paying more than we should. He also refuses to provide our daughter with the toy that should come with her kids' meal unless we pay extra. We've never had these problems with the other staff members, only with him. We’ve decided not to return to this location anymore.
