We were celebrating our anniversary. Our food was excellent. Our appetizers were very good; but on the lobster cargot, the cheese overwhelmed the lobster. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the filet au poivre was wonderful. The only downside was service was not up to expectations. I think the server was stretched by working more than one section and could not keep up. We would eat here again. This was my first and last visit to Lobster Cargo. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a medium New York steak, but it was mostly fat and gristle, and it was served rare instead of medium. I had higher expectations for a steakhouse. Although the waiter offered to have the cook remake my steak, I decided against it. We ended up paying our entire bill and leaving feeling let down. The only positive aspect was the wait staff, who were attentive and friendly. Food: 1, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
