We were celebrating our anniversary. Our food was excellent. Our appetizers were very good; but on the lobster cargot, the cheese overwhelmed the lobster. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the filet au poivre was wonderful. The only downside was service was not up to expectations. I think the server was stretched by working more than one section and could not keep up. We would eat here again. I came here for a first date so we just ordered drinks at first (easier to bail after just a drink). The bartender was very friendly and never rushed us. We eventually got a table and ordered dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was very interactive and chatted with us throughout the evening. She even went into detail about the different beers and cocktails they had since the person I was with was very into it. Luckily it was during a slow day because my date and I ended up eating and drinking at our table for almost three hours. Our drinks were phenomenal too and we both had a lot of fun and never once felt rushed. The atmosphere is a classy relaxed feel and a lovely gem in the Huntsville area. We have made a Fathers day tradition of visiting. We love this place. This time we got to sit in the second floor and it was a real treat where as you could see the original parts of the building making it all that much more charming. I cannot say enoughgood things about the food and the vibe of this place
