Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I really enjoyed the berry biscuits and the Cajun biscuits. If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend giving it a try! The atmosphere was very friendly and the place was clean.

I noticed that my order was incorrect on the screen, so I informed them. When I pulled up to the window to ask about my drink, which hadn’t been added, the staff member was quite rude and said she couldn't help because she hadn't taken my order. Unfortunately, I ended up not getting my drink at all. What a disappointing experience!

I just wanted to share my experience at Bojangles, where the staff has consistently been exceptional. They always pick up the phone when I call to place a pickup order. During football season, my orders tend to be larger, but they remain timely and polite every time. Today, Roosevelt was the manager, and I want to thank him and his team for their hard work, especially after a long day. I also appreciate that the dining room is open, allowing for personal interactions with the staff. By the way, I work for Alabama Lawnmasters (Kenny) and I'm currently on my 29th year with the company. I mention this only to emphasize my appreciation for good service, as I'm someone who values honesty and quality. Thank you, Bojangles on North Parkway!

The quality of services and food has decreased since the pandemic. Seems like this? re serving 3-4 hours ago. Just my opinion. I'll eat there a bit. I can definitely say the difference. South Parkway location is much better

They had many orders wrong while we were waiting on our food . It took a long time . At least 25-30 minutes. And when we got home of course we got the wrong food. Chicken fingers that we got for kids was very spicy ??? . We ordered dirty rice and instead they put mushed potatoes: . Not going there again
