Whole, Jerry and Traci offer absolutely EXCELLENT customer service. They were friendly and totally brilliant. My order had a slight sip and all came together and fixed it. I'm impressed. I will definitely be back!!!!!!

I thought a nice ice cone would be great... not really. Other people like the dipped stuff on the ice, but it tastes like taste taste. No more for me!

Avoid all costs. You get a kind of food born disease. The oats are cleaned with the same paper towels with which they dry the hands, the grill looks disgusting, and the ice machines are not properly cleaned. The amount of health code violations you can see when you go in are excellent. Horrible management, poorly trained staff and even worse customer service. The people in Drive-Thru are rude and so lazy, they don't even give a real greeting.

I melted ice for $5 and said they couldn't turn the blizzard around. You don't take a card behind the counter, and then you'll disappear for 3 minutes, that's it? How did the cards steal? These are the people who give each in the service sector a bad rep

We stopped at DQ after a concert. The employees were hustling to get the orders made and did a great job taking care of everyone. I had the new S?more shake which was very good. I like it thick so you eat it with a spoon.
