El Vaquero Mexican - Huntsville

We discovered a fantastic Mexican restaurant! The portions are generous and flavorful, with excellent options for vegetarians. The drinks are also quite large. I’m definitely looking forward to returning for breakfast. As of September 2022, both the food and service continue to be excellent.

Great place to drop in for a meal. Good menu selection. Affordable, but not low end. We've been 2x, will be back. Fast friendly service. We actually bought some tees the first time there. The tees are a good quality, BTW. They serve a breakfast which we've not tried yet. Food portions and flavors are good. Wife has a shrimp plate, really good citrus flavor.

Additionally, I want to mention that the following day, we realized my wife had forgotten her purse at the restaurant. When we called, they immediately recognized us and had already secured her purse upon finding it. Raul was once again handling the situation with complete professionalism. Everything was just right. I will definitely make it a point to dine here every time I'm in Huntsville!
