Taco Bell - Huntsville

Great when they are open, but have had a few times we've tried to order and they've been closed during normal business hours.

*Just tried them again. . . and I am disappointed. Ordered 1 #7 and 2 #2 meals. . .the soft taco supreme. They were not supreme! Considering the price difference between supreme and regular, I am irritated. On the plus side my grandson enjoyed his quesadilla. Won't be back.*1st visit- The workers were courteous. Our order was well made, not slung together. The food was delicious. 5 stars2nd visit- my order was great. 4.5My husband's chalupa was stale. 2Today's- nacho grande. . . Nasty!Beans had off taste.Chips stale.Bland guacomole.Best ingredient was sour cream. . . what Ifound of it.It will be awhile before I try them again ?

Went thru drive thru two times and my order was still

First of all my boyfriend ordered a box that included 2 chicken tacos. When we asked for the 2 chicken tacos that was forgotten we were told we didn't order them and was made to buy 2 more. They were Definitely included in the box. It was flashing on the screen in front of us. (This wouldn't be a huge issue if i didnt read that this is clearly an issue at this store). then after we sat there to eat luckily my boyfriend noticed the entire wall next to me inside was covered in mold. Literally top to bottom. Disgusting and I'm extremely allergic to mold!

Geez. Yet another NON fast food establishment. 25+ minutes in drive through with 4 vehicles . Management here clearly does not care about customer service. So sad to establishments that used to uphold fast food mentality just fall through the cracks, perfect example, this Taco Bell. All beware food will take and extraneous amount of time to get so be prepared to wait a long time for 'fast food '.
