Waffle House - Huntsville

I’ve been going to this waffle house for 15 years. This is the first time service was so bad we had to leave. We arrived late night when staff was low, but, we were not served in a timely manner. Even given the hour, and the amount of people there with relations to staff. Then the staff got an attitude with us. I really say this, but I felt like it was reverse racism. We were treated very inappropriately when all we wanted to do was order food.

The order was called in I got there to pick it up everyone walked by me and didn't ask if I had a call in or if they could take my order. I used up my break from work and didn't get to eat and my order was already fixed and laying there ready for me. All it took just a second to ask a question and handed my the food. I know they was busy but how hard was it to see what a person needed

Usually this isn't an issue. But went in around 845 pm. There were a few customers in there all served. I waited approximately 8 minutes and stiff had no service. The waitress was dancing around . The cook was cleaning floors. But couldn't even acknowledge I was even there as they saw me walk in. Unless Suzanne is working I won't be back. Her service is top notch. And the rest should take after her. 7/31/2024.

Again, Waffle House has stopped giving Military Discount. Please boycott all WF until they start honoring again.
