Little Caesars Pizza - Hutchinson

I frequently visit those Little Caesars locations. The staff is incredible! They truly deserve a raise. Even when they’re swamped, they maintain their composure.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and I had difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone. The place was not clean, and the woman at the front with short hair was extremely rude. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, even when all I wanted was to place a simple order.

Couldn't even get someone to answer the phone to make an order. When we came there, 10 minutes after the attempt to call, there was no soul in the store order. Why they don't answer, I don't know because they were busy. Then the pizza was hard to chew and tasted old.

Good pizza, good staff. Great prices. I just have to pay attention to orders, I have the wrong pizza. Will order again.

The ladies in the kitchen were visibly unhappy about having to work another shift with a crowded restaurant. Their attitude was quite rude and obvious, which surprised me. The food itself is decent, but it tends to be quite greasy, and there's often a mix-up with orders.
