Smedley's Tavern - Hutchinson

Great people, great food! First visit and the first time I had the need to leave any kind of review. Ashley was on the deck behind the bar and held it like a professional in the night of the league. If you shoot pool like me, bring your talent to this institution!!! Nice to meet everyone and keep it with the service and atmosphere, this must make my second home.

The food was great. Friendly. A very specific bar atmosphere. I'll take it a star for the cost. A little expensive for this kind of experience. But you just want to try it for the wings.

This place is AWESOME!!! A year ago I had my reservations due to the kitchen wait staff, but since that time the owner has hired AMAZING people who I absolutely love. The owner is receptive to ideas/changes is sociable with her clientele. The best bartender in Hutchinson is here Tuesday-Saturday. Clean, safe, fun environment with great drink/food specials each day. Also the most pool tables in town if you are an avid pool lover. There is always a tournament you can sign up for and have a blast. Enjoy trivia here on Monday nights 6:30 to 8:00pm and it doesn't cost to play. The top 3 teams each week wins a prize. Also make sure you make it out on Thursday night for DJ Bingo. Smedley's just started having this a week ago and already having so much fun with it. The bingo has better prizes than the trivia, but both are a fun time to be had.

Great pub food at great prices. Music is a little loud for lunch conversations, but I'm pretty old. But really this is a step above most budget joints; they do an amazing job and obviously care about producing a quality meal.

The food was excellent. The Asian-style pulled chicken sandwich and potato spirals were spot on. Our waitress was new and didn't have much knowledge about the menu. However, the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The water had an odd color and didn’t taste very good, so we opted for bottled water instead. Overall, I would return for takeout; the food was fantastic.
