Pizza Hut Express - Hyattsville

We love eating out. Yesterday we arrived in this fine place which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely evening there with high-qulity cooking and a well-trained crew and a talented cook. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we shall definitely return very soon. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. stood waiting to be addressed. was ignored by one girl and when I said excuse me she passed me off to someone else with a head glance, eye roll and attitude. Next woman walks from around the back and asks how can she help. This is perplexing because I'm standing there, at the counter with food from the heater ready to pay..I say are you selling any food to which she tells me to hold on and give her a minute. If you cant properly staff the establishment, please put up a closed sign until you can hire staff that knows how to provide good customer service and acts with some care. I just put the food back and left it alone. It just so annoying. I WILL NEVER go back.

If no stars was an option that would be my choice. The food was horrible!

This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the coolest in the area. Every time I visit, I leave incredibly satisfied. They consistently maintain high-quality service and serve top-notch food. You will definitely enjoy dining here. I highly recommend it!
