Au Fil De L'eau - Hyères

A nice restaurant in the heart of the old Hyères, calm and unpretentious. The dishes fell and it was a wonderful surprise. Local beers and a little attention that are happy (we wanted to share a two-way entrance, the kitchen prepared a plate each to facilitate the task The chef has the word to be a person who loves to put a lot of heart in these simple yet refined dishes (and it is he who will buy the bread before beginning! The service was upstairs.

Good for the reception and excellent dishes. You should not hesitate to go despite the fact that the restaurant is an exentre .peu. All my recommendations.

Nothing except: Excellent! The dishes are good, the presentation is delicate. From the entrance to the dessert everything is homemade and it is seen! The service is friendly and the place is pleasant. A discovery that will remain in my address book!

We fell by chance on this restaurant and had a wonderful evening. The patron couple is welcoming and warm. Good wine and good fish in a pretty little street of old hyères .. I recommend!!
