Shizutani School Ibara Étlap

Great historical location. we had a traditional Japanese lection in the old classroom. it was a great and humiliating experience that followed the traces of those who started the public school system in japan.

An old school of Confucius. Very beautiful place. It has special mysterious atmosphere. Very exciting!

Built in 1670, this was the first school for commoners in Japan. Beautifully maintained buildings and grounds with a unique round top stone wall around it.
