I was at the Love 's truck stop for the night. It was a couple of blocks down to this place. WELL WORTH THE WALK! Nice interior and very friendly staff! I had the Carne Tampico, (Flat steak covered in Monterey Jack with squash, zucchini, onions) and 2 cheese enchiladas. It was so very good. The steak wasn 't the most tender ever but it had a good flavor. The sauces on the 2 enchiladas were very good--not sure if I could pick a favorite. The chips were thin and crispy but the salsa was generic and too 'ketchup-y ' with pretty much no spice—I’m pretty sure it was from a jar and not fresh made.
