Absolutely horrible service! Not only did they get our 3 of our 5 meals completely wrong, but our entire order, $50 worth of food, was covered in fry sauce! Everything was drenched, soggy, and disgusting. When I called the store to request a refund, the manager, was extremely rude. He even suggested that we must have tipped the bag, it must have been our fault that the fry sauce spilled. Besides the fact that the bag was so big that it never left my lap, the fry sauce should be contained by the lids, it should not be seeping out everywhere! He accepted no responsibility, offered no apology for the horrendous errors and lack of service. Definitely won't be going back there!

The food is always quick, hot, and delicious! I love their chicken and burgers. Their fries taste homemade. The staff is always kind.

I ordered a sandwich, they charged me for the wrong one, gave me the wrong one, and then when I said I wanted to get it fixed, they said they couldnt fix their mistake and I'd need to pay for it again. I work in the food service industry and am very patient. This however is awful and unacceptable service. Mcdonals even fixes their own mistakes. Won't be going there again.
