The Diablas Kitchen - Idaho Falls

I love this place! Feels like at home, fantastic building (go when it rains for a special treat) with a fantastic view. They set a unique turn on their menu, which is a beautiful change. You have a whole closet full of hot sauces to try. Good home kitchen and family owned. A must try!

Absolutely delicious fresh fresh fresh and very good price hands down the best place I ate through my entire week long road trip traveling through states. That says a lot. Plus I am a natural negative criticism 100% if I do not like it. So I have to put this restaurant probably in my all time top 4. Breakfast is what we had and it was excellent

This was my first time here. It's an interesting little place. Prices are a little high, but everything is made fresh and that pretty much justifies it. I'm not sure how their fries were seasoned, but they were unique and pretty good in my opinion. If you want to try something new, and have never been here, it's worth a try.

The A street location was my constant pregnancy craving, had a beautiful 5 course Vegan Meal. (I still dream about the cantaloupe cream pasta baked in a tomato), and followed with brunch at least once a month with the little one. Not to mention unforgettable date nights with beautiful steaks and decadent desserts. Endless memories of side splitting laughter, tears of joy, and family. Then after the move, was one of my favorite Sunday Self Date Brunch spots. The chicken and waffles being my favorite. Telling anyone I could and dragging them along because they couldn't miss out on this food. One of my most awkward interactions happened but also ended up being a moment of growth and self love. Ms. D cultivated a place of pure love, comfort and a sense of being amongst family. Then to top it off, the food was always divine and the crew always doing their best to accommodate dietary needs. I am deeply saddened to see this place go but so grateful to have gotten to experience so much of it, and have it be such a pillar in my time in Idaho Falls. My love always and forever.
