Masskara Chicken Inasal-iloilo

The food is fantastic! Everything is incredibly delicious. I can’t wait to get the isaw again; it's perfectly crispy, and I’m not quite sure how they achieve that.

By far the best kansi i have tasted here in iloilo base on visuals). The kansi can be compared with Pat-pat's Kansi but with a bit more flavor and fat. The chicken was juicy and delicious, the only down side is that they dont offer unli rice and the rice is expensive.

Their chicken delicacy is amazing. The rice is few for its serving though.

Chicken inasal was delicious but the orders took long to serve and they forgot to cook one dish. The rice was too small for it's price.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is delicious. The chicken inasal tastes just like it does in Bacolod City. You definitely have to try the sizzling squid—it's a must!
