Kebab House - Immingham

Hello everyone! I ordered pizza for a date night with my partner, but unfortunately, my pizza arrived damaged. I called the restaurant, and a guy on the phone took care of everything for me. He sent a replacement pizza at no extra cost. To be completely honest, I've had my fair share of pizza takeaways, and this is the best pizza and customer service I've ever experienced. I give them a solid 10 out of 10 and will definitely be ordering again! Service: Delivery.

I've been ordering from this restaurant for almost four years, and while the service was excellent in the beginning, it has declined recently. My food orders have frequently been incorrect and take one to two hours to arrive. For instance, I ordered a pizza with only chicken, specifically asking for no onions or peppers, and an hour later, it arrived with both onions and peppers. I won't be dining here again.
