Jersey Mike's Subs - Imperial Beach

I really enjoy Jersey Mike's, but this particular location falls short of the quality I've come to expect from other branches. The sandwich had very little meat, and even though I requested it Mike's way with mayo, neither was included. I won't be returning to this location.

I absolutely love this place! I lost my sunglasses here about a month ago, and the tattooed staff member held onto them for me this whole time! I really appreciate honest people like that!

This is my favorite Jersey Mike's in San Diego, they have the friendliest human being working for them, his name is Mitch. Let me tell you something , i wish I was a business owner just so I can steal this guy and make him a manager of whatever. Thisguy's is great, he really knows how to treat customers with respect and humor at the same time. I don't even live in imperialbeach but i would drive over there every time just for the attention that they have. I love this store. Thabks

I visited Jersey Mike's for the first time, and I have to say the staff was fantastic. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. They even offered me a free cookie, and the playlist they had playing was enjoyable! I'm giving them 4 stars because I wasn't really a fan of the food, but the service was so impressive that I'm definitely willing to return and try something different. Maybe I just didn't choose the right dish. Kudos to the great team!

We 've all heard that most people unfortunately don 't post until they have a bad experience and are angry about it. Well let 's call this a potential learning experience that occurred last night instead: After calling 4 times from 6:09-6:11 PM, it wasclear the restaurant staff was choosing not to take phone orders for whatever reason. Upon arriving at the store at 6:20 PM,was informed that the grill was off and it would take 10-12 minutes to prepare a hot sandwich (why would a restaurant shut downtheir kitchen during dinnertime...? . By 6:45 PM the sandwich was still not done, so out I stepped for a phone call. Returningat 7:05 PM, was told by the staff that the sandwich was still not done and we 're busy and just all have to wait. Was alsotold to order something else if I 'd like in a rather curt manner. Seeing as the wife and kids were at home, waiting hungry,decided not to take Jersey Mike 's staff up on their offer at that point. McDonald 's Happy Meals it was. Now this is not to saythat Jersey Mike 's food is not normally quite delicious and fairly punctual, but something was clearly not working properly inthe establishment 's processes on the evening of 19 April, 2022.
