Burger King - Independence

They don't deserve it 1. I was there tonight and daniella the manager was on the phone to take order, I said she should pay attention to the customers. she yelled at me, I asked for refund she said, okay she had another lady say I didn't get my money or eat and they called the police. I called there and they stayed on the phone with me on loudspeaker when I went back and said she was on the phone on loudspeaker company and they had to process my refund, she said to pull preface, then lock them back window. Corporate let me call police. I still wanted to give my money and I had to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. So in the round they stole my money, I have no food and have to go back to see if the manager will refund my money. I will eat again at burger king. terrible.

I waited to pay at the window, but no one came, so I pulled, they gave me only that food and I was like "I should pay her or? then the old lady from any reason got an employment with me? but I shoulda, would have had a free dinner in this night for the fam if I wasn't honest. moral of history, they need a step up bc it was 40$ order they almost missed. respectful.

Always cold eating directly from the window. ask for no saline, but they don't care. the employees pretended the demand for ketchup was a monumental task. the 4th time I had a bad experience at this place. terrible service!

Waited in the running gear for thirty minutes only for the guy to put several things wrong when the order and didn't change it on the loudspeaker when I corrected him. I have to go to the window and tell him it's wrong and he assures me it's fixed. I get my bag and none of my order is correct, I didn't even get the food I ordered, and when I came back to repair it, the whole crew was out with women I watched go from the road up to them and started smoking (where the drive was 7 cars deep) never comes again. don't waste your time there.

I ordered a large fish meal and requested it to be freshly cooked. However, when I received it, the food was only lukewarm. I even double-checked with the employee at the drive-thru if it was cooked fresh, and he falsely confirmed that it was. The burgers I ordered were also barely warm. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
