Fuji Grill Buffet - Independence

I haven't been there in a long time but a friend of mine blessed me to go today and it was very good excellent food for the portions that I've eaten and the service was right on spot this time then some places I've been.

Overall a good buffet. I didn't realize there was sushi until the very end when I was full, so I can't give a full score on all the food but what I ate was so-so. The desserts were all dry, as was some of the food, being left out a bit too long I think. But I generally like unpopular things like mushrooms, green beans, vegetarian dishes and shrimp, hubby said the more mainstream his food was the better it was because it was fresh. Staff was great, helpful and friendly as well as quick. Restaurant is very clean. Over all, 4 stars. Will go back again and will update my review when we do.

We enjoy most the food they have to offer that we eat. Chicken nuggets may be the bottom of the barrel kind but cant go wrong with other foods. Miss the paper plates. Staff is friendly and always ready to get you your drink and keep the area clean. We noticed last time that while people were getting up for not leaving a tip you will get stopped and asked for a tip to leave and they will ask more then once and do talk after you leave so make sure you have those bills in your pocket. Nice dessert option too.

Haven't been here in a very long time. The selection was very diverse but lacking too if that makes sense. I personally didn't find too many dishes to satisfy my palate. The paper plates were a turnoff. Honestly not enough for a bad review but we probably won't return.

The coconut shrimp here is delicious! Hibachi and grill with nice options. Sushi is old.... it must be made fresh daily. The waitress here is so nice. She always checks If you need anything accommodating while dining. Four stars are because of the waitress. Sushi that is not fresh...minus one star on this review.
