Every time I go to this location my food is never right. Tonight they gave us hard chalupas, bean burritos with no beans, the Mexican pizzas didn’t have no toppings on it.
5/5 as usual. One of my favorite places to eat. Can't go wrong with 5 layer burrito, crunch wraps or nacho bell grandes.I highly recommend getting the tacobell app. You get so many free things from the app by just scanning receipts!Follow me for more honest reviews!
I ordered in the app.. they found my order, had me confirm everything was correct, politely gave me our food, and we were on our way!The food was good as well.. I just really enjoyed a positive experience with the staff.. a good attitude seems hard to come by in fast food anymore, post covid. Great job! Keep it up!
You enter the store and there is no one at the counter you're then forced to order on a kiosk making sure that your food is correct is double checking any Accidental buttons you may have pushed, Adding or deleting items from your order. Once you make sure that your order is correct you send it, Then pay at the kiosk. You then are forced to choose between giving them your email or your phone number phone number because no paper receipt is available. Only to get your food and it be incorrect Anyways even though You place the order and verify the items you wanted on your burrito/taco. Since there is no cashier you are forced to stand at the counter until someone comes over.Just for them to be annoyed By you . They're faces and they're demeanor set it all.You are a Problem for them to deal with regardless of how kind or friendly you're trying to be. You could tell they truly hated their jobs. I frequently used to go to this particular restaurant Location because they always got my food right and we're extremely friendly and kind. That is not the post covid experience. My only suggestion would be do not dine in, And double check your food before leaving for leaving the drive up window because it's likely you'll have to sit in line for another 30 minutes before getting your food corrected unless You decide to go back into the establishment where where you will then be treated as I was. Met with irritation And made to fill as if you were the problem and it's your mistake for ordering the way you did.If you order straight from the menu from the menu and do not have any substitutions many substitutions or changes changes to the way they're Food Dude is usually served you might have a decent experience.Kid-friendliness: There was a couple, who had their 2 children there their 2 children were running around screaming at the top of their lungs. Literally running all around the restaurant, their parents did absolutely nothing did absolutely nothing to quiet their voices Or to stop them Come up from running the store amuck. So yes All in all I would have to say that the restaurant was very kid friendly lay to the point of every other person. Being annoyed or distracted.
