Starbucks - Indian Trail

It's a typical Starbucks café. The interior acoustics were a bit noisy, likely due to its open concept design. However, there is a lovely outdoor seating area that looks quite comfortable.

This Starbucks is excellent! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restrooms are impeccably clean, which suggests that the entire establishment is well-maintained. There are plenty of great seating options, from tables to comfortable chairs. We will definitely return!

I am very disappointed. Every time I visit to get a latte for my husband, it is consistently filled less than halfway. Additionally, they often forget to give me my complete order, so I've had to go inside to retrieve it five times this year.

I had the sweetest and nicest interaction with Haylee and Heather this morning. They were very kind and had great customer service. Will definitely be back because of them :

Just can 't seem to get an order right but I mainly resent the attitude that it 's somehow my problem and I just need to get out of their way! There 's some great local coffee shops around that remember my name and don 't mind if I don 't know some special made up coffee language! Get over yourselves Starcrossed Lovers!
