Írjon visszajelzéstReally disappointed in the happy hour changes and the new dining room limited menu! We’re local and loved this restaurant/bar where we enjoyed great service AND great food. Not now. Missing nightly special and the restaurant now serves just a few menu items and now prices are very high. Probably won’t be frequenting THE VUE very often.
This was the worst brunch my family has ever experienced. Our waitress couldn’t even identify the champagne; she merely walked 30 feet holding the bottle up for us to see. She informed us that there were no other menus available and that we had to be golfers to sit at the bar. The food looked as if it had come from a cafeteria. Our waitress, Destiny, hurried us through our order, making us choose our appetizer, entrée, and dessert before we even had a chance to enjoy a cocktail. The shrimp cocktail was warm and mushy, the entrée arrived ice cold, and the pie looked like it had been smashed. While the view was beautiful, we spent $70 per person and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Whoever designed the menu clearly misunderstood what brunch should be.
The restaurant offers a stunning view, though it doesn't have a dedicated kids' menu. However, they can prepare kid-friendly options like pasta and pizza, which are quite delicious. The summer specials, including the Tuna Tower and shrimp tacos, are particularly tasty.
Had two awesome meals here!. Roberto helped us both nights, and he was beyond awesome. The food was great, and the service was impeccable!
Took my family here for iceskating (which was a blast! and dinner for my wife’s birthday. We were seated around 6:45PM and thought we’d have plenty of time to eat before our 8PM iceskating session. Fast forward to 7:30 and we still hadn’t seen our server. Between the time we’re seated and the time we left, we took 3 separate bathroom trips with three separate kids and each time someone came back they said “still no sever yet?” Plenty of “servers” breezed by our table and one long haired broski even waved at my youngest son but no one came to serve us. At this point we decided that even if a server came by right then, we’d be late for our session. We ate at In-N-Out instead and were late for our iceskating session. The team at Desert Recreation truly saved the evening! Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to dine here on our own accord nor recommending this joint to anyone. P. S. Make sure you park in Valet or bring a large flashlight because the free parking lot has an entire section of lighting out. All the parking lot light poles and the solar car port lighting are our leaving this area pitch black and an absolute liability hazard. We almost got taken out just trying to walk to the restaurant. Someone is going to get mugged, run over, cause a vehicle collision and quite possibly all at the same time in this death trap.
