Chipotle Mexican Grill - Indiana

Spectacular service, food and price. Delicious! We ate in different places. They're all wonderful.

I've only recently started to visit Chipotle, but can already see why there is a hype about it. The ingredients are super fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant was clean and not crowded and workers were prompt and polite. Only gave 4/5 bc it is pricey.

Today I found that my quesadilla was missing a bunch of ingredients and the veggie bowl was made sloppily. I get that staffs get busy when there are many orders and things are rushed but I would have expected a more complete meal. It was disappointing.

Kenny is the only one here that can wrap a burrito. You guys used to care about it’s shape but now, anytime I get one there there’s no attempt at even trying to wrap it. Once I open the tin foil, it completely falls apart, can’t eat it as a hand held. Teacher your workers how to wrap a burrito.

I am really impressed with the staff and management at this location. Today, I visited my daughter at IUP, and we went to Chipotle for lunch. Since I am gluten intolerant, consuming anything with gluten makes me quite ill, so I rarely eat out. When I informed the staff about my intolerance, they all promptly removed their gloves, washed their hands, and put on new gloves. Additionally, they used fresh utensils for each ingredient I requested. Instead of taking cheese or lettuce from any leftover food on the counter, they provided me with fresh, unused portions! I am extremely grateful to everyone working there. It was clear that they were well-trained in handling food allergies. Thank you!
