Sony's Pizza Deli is located on the first floor inside the Neuroscience Building on West 16th Street. Order at the counter next to the buffet and pizza slices. The inside dining area is small with tables and a counter, fireplace, and flatscreen. Additional tables are located just outside Sonny's in the common area. They serve pizza, sandwiches made to order, wraps, and garden fresh salads with daily specials. The menu is above the counter by the cash register and afforable. They use fresh, quality products, and everything I've had has been good. They use Boarshead products, and my turkey sandwich was great, plus the toppings were crisp and fresh. Most often, I take advantage of the hot specials of the day that are ready to go.Have you been trying to find a way to say thank you to a special employee? Someone who's went above and beyond? How about a family with a patient who has an extended stay? The patients' support individual(s) incurs daily out of pocket expenses for beverages, food, snacks, and parking, which adds up quickly. I have had the wraps, pizza and fruit from here. Staff is friendly, food is fantastic and at a great price!

Ate there everyday during husband's stay at IU Health Hospital. Pizza is quick and excellent. Caprese Sandwich yummy!

If you find yourself at Indiana University Hospital and need a quick meal, this is a great spot! Sonny's offers pizza by the slice or the whole pizza, made to order deli sandwiches, and they have a case of grab and go sides and salads. Today I ordered a turkey wrap. The meat and veggies were good quality and they did not skimp on the amount. The man that made my sandwich was nice and friendly. The prices are also very reasonable. Helpful hints: When busy, you will see multiple lines. A line to order pizza, a line to order sandwiches, then a line to pay. It is import to confirm with those in line what line you are actually joining. If you have a hard time finding a seat in the cafeteria area, there is outdoor seating and other seating areas closer to the Simon Cancer Center.

If you love pizza this is one of the best kept secrets of Indy. It's hidden in it's own private area in the basement of Methodist Hospital. Good service !
