Bocca - Indianapolis

This is a fantastic place for a date night. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the wine selection brilliantly combined both traditional and modern options. We truly felt like esteemed guests during our visit. We definitely plan to return!

The interior is charming and cozy, but it was a bit noisy since we were seated next to the speakers. Unfortunately, the food fell short in terms of quality and freshness, and the dishes lacked cohesion. The service was decent and fairly attentive, but the staff, including the sommelier, didn't seem very knowledgeable or enthusiastic about the menu. The prices were reasonable; however, I'm not inclined to return—unless it’s to check out the Speak Easy in the basement, which has a really cool, intimate atmosphere.

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, but the food is just average—not particularly noteworthy. While it wasn't a bad experience, I don't think I would return.

Food and service very good. Kitchen was slow between first course and salad. Pasta Carbonara was much too salty. Used bacon instead of pancetta or something milder. Patio is lovely. Food server was gracious and warm.

My second time at Bocca. This time for anniversary dinner. Both exceptional experiences all around food, wine, service and atmosphere. Look forward to my next meal experience there.
