When our food arrived, my daughter and I ordered the "Slammer," while my husband opted for a chicken sandwich. I decided to start with a mozzarella stick, but it was lukewarm, and no cheese oozed out when I bit into it. I set that aside and tried a wing, but it was incredibly dry, just like my daughter's. When the waitress came back, we informed her about the issues with our food. She quickly offered to get the manager. He arrived and offered to remake the wings—which was fine by us. However, the waitress then mentioned that they had been slow that evening and that they were planning to send some staff home, implying that the cooks hadn’t been doing their job properly. After remaking our order, the waitress still seemed unsatisfied, so she decided to take $10 off both of our sampler dishes. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for our first visit, and we’re unsure if we’ll return.

I wish I could remember the server's name; he was a young man who was always on the move. It's rare to find such great service these days, but this guy truly went above and beyond! The wings were exceptional.

We had a reservation but ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our table. After that, it took another 20 minutes for the waitress to take our orders. Once we ordered, it took more than an hour for our food to start arriving. When it finally came out, it was all mixed up—one person got their entrée, someone else got a drink, and another person received a side. The fries were cold, sauces were missing, and there were no carrots or celery. Everything was slow, incorrect, or incomplete. When we asked the waitress to address any issues or go back for missing items, she casually replied, “Well, that’s gonna take forever.” Not cool at all!

I made a reservation through OpenTable, but when we arrived, they said they never received it. I don’t think they have a proper system in place to verify reservations, so we had to wait for a table. During my last few visits, they seemed understaffed, and our waitress was also serving as the bartender. The food was decent, but I feel like it has declined a bit in quality. Overall, I wasn't very impressed.
