Fazoli's - Indianapolis

This restaurant has the worst management. I visit once or twice a week, but they only manage to get my order right about twice a month. Every time I go, there seems to be an excuse – they just switched drawers, or they can't provide change for a $100 bill. They are in the business of serving customers, not driving them away. They really need to get a new management team. Every other location is fantastic, but this one is definitely the bad apple of Fazoli's.

I ended up giving it 2 stars because my husband received his meal, but my experience was disappointing. I only received 4 ravioli (whereas I usually get 6) and didn’t get my salad at all. Because of this, Fazoli's will no longer be getting $100 a weekend from us. There are plenty of other restaurants out there that truly value their customers.

Shilease was my cashier, and she was very attentive to my order, ensuring that the portions were correct when I requested extra chicken. The tables and counters were also very clean today.

My bread sticks were hard. I got 2 salads with no dressing for them AT ALL. Not only that but no silverware for any of my food. The young lady running the drive thru had a SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEM!!!! This experience was not highly agitating but a WHOLEHEADACHE. The only reason I gave 3 stars was for the food that actually came out right was good. But I seriously doubt that Iwill go back again or recommend it to anyone anymore.

The food is ok, the bread stick are very good but the dishes is 5 if we?re talking about 1-10 scale. The service distance the a good service, you feel better in McDonalds, the restaurant doesn?t looks like and smell clean. I don?t recommend this place.
