Iozzo's Garden Of Italy - Indianapolis

The selection of food options for lunch was an amazing variety of choices. The calamari appetizer was very good. Fresh pasta was made that very morning, and it was some of the best pasta I have ever had. The quantity of food was quite plentiful, and I had to take some home to eat for lunch the following day. Service was just right, attentive without being intrusive. I would highly recommend Iozzo's to anyone looking for a great Italian restaurant and I am already planning a return visit for dinner. Highly recommended.

Parking is an issue at this restaurant. I have difficulty walking and use a cane. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the back door from the alley because it was locked. It would be appreciated if some accommodation could be made, especially considering the road construction in front of the restaurant that is preventing handicap parking.

Food was not as good as our previous visit. Service was slow. while they were busy, our orders which were not complicated, took much longer than those around us. We indicated one diner was vegan in our reservation, and told the server upon arrival.m In the past options were suggested that the chef could alter to make vegan. But our server just suggested a salad or pasta with plain marinara.

We had a great time last night at the restaurant and most of the dishes were delicious. However, the veal parmesan was extremely overcooked and should never have been served. On the bright side, the calamari and salads were excellent. My wife enjoyed her lasagna as well. Despite the disappointing veal, I would still return in the future. The service was excellent, especially considering how busy it was. It's clear that this restaurant is run by a family and it's a great place to have a meal.

We made reservations on Friday evening to be seated in the garden. And we’re seated within a few minutes of our reservation. The garden area was a nice atmosphere and enjoyable. The drink selection was minimal, and it took a while for us to be served. We requested a couple of special drink items and they we’re not correct. Once we received her food, the flavor was good, but the portion sides were extremely small.
