Írjon visszajelzéstI usually love this place, I've been here several times in the last few months. Usually pamper in their vegan chocolate marshmallow ice cream... vegan options are so rare in Indianapolis. Today I finally brought my family to Bottle Works. We had such amazing food anywhere else. Unfortunately, when I went to the counter and bought three 1/2 pints (in each case less than their two scoops option) I got a wrong. I'm not sure which one of us made the taste mistake of being honest. Bottle Works is loud and incredibly busy. I took my daughter back to the counter to see what our options were to turn her ice on the one she wanted.... No OPTIONS??? Yes, that was the answer. Buy more or go away!!! Yikes, the feeling really bad to give my money that I work so hard for these people. We're not rich, we just paid over $18 for three ice cubes, and one went to the garbage? My husband wouldn't eat it because of his taste. I feel terrible. I didn't want to leave a star at all and I won't make the mistake of spending my money back here.
I tried their hot chocolate float with cookies and cream ice cream. I thought the hot chocolate was going to melt the ice cream really quick, but I was able to eat the ice cream and enjoy the whipped cream and hot chocolate too. Lick has some innovative flavors and innovative ice cream ideas! I can't wait to see what they come up with next.
Ordered the Ice Cream Sammy. It was so bad. The cookies were hard as rocks and just crumbled when you tried to eat it. Staff was not friendly and no napkins offered with ice cream.I’ll be going across the street to Milkshake going forward.
Dear reader,I, Jean Genet, recently had the pleasure of visiting Lick Ice Cream Indy, and I must say, my experience was a breath of fresh air in a world that often values conformity over creativity. As a writer who has long explored the complexities of identity and the human experience, I was drawn to the unique flavors and atmosphere of this ice cream shop. The interior of the establishment was decorated with vintage, eclectic decor, and the employees were dressed in bright, playful outfits that reflected the individuality of the shop. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the customers were a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique story. It was a stark contrast to the oppressive conformity of society, and it filled me with a sense of hope. The ice cream itself was a work of art. Each flavor was unique and bursting with flavor, and the toppings were carefully chosen to enhance the overall experience. I was particularly struck by the use of local, organic ingredients, and the dedication to sustainability that was evident in every aspect of the shop. It was a testament to the power of creativity and the importance of valuing individual expression. As a child, I was raised by my mother, a strong and independent woman who defied societal norms and inspired me to do the same. The atmosphere and flavors of Lick Ice Cream Indy reminded me of her spirit, and I felt as though I was tasting a piece of her soul in every bite.In conclusion, I would rate the quality of the ice cream as a 5 out of 5. It was not only delicious, but it also celebrated individuality and creativity, values that are so often suppressed in our society. I would encourage the reader to visit Lick Ice Cream Indy and experience the unique flavors and atmosphere for themselves. And, most importantly, I would encourage the reader to resist the oppressive forces of conformity and to embrace their own unique, authentic self.Yours truly,Jean Genet
My husband and I love Lick Ice Cream! We each got a milkshake from them after our rehearsal dinner and it hit the spot! We loved the flavors. I got dark chocolate peppermint and he got vanilla. The staff was so sweet and congratulated us on our wedding! The price was not bad and we both could not even finish our milk shakes but wish we could because they were so good!
