The fellows working seemed to be slammed and short staffed but were clearly working really hard. We had a simple order and they got it to us with a smile workload aside.

What happened to steak and shake? First location we stopped at was drive thru only. The second we could eat in, but no more servers. You have to order on a kiosk and they call ur name. Still above average food, but they've become just another fast food restaurant. Disappointing ?.

Everytime I come here, it's some type of issue. There is always a long wait for food even if you are the only customer. Today I went because I really wanted a shake. They told me that they are not serving shakes today because they are short staffed. I was the only customer there. Terrible restaurant.

I ordered two steak cheese burgers through the drive through-There weren't any cars in the line, but it was still a long wait on my food. Once I got my food, it was terrible .By this time, I had already pulled onto the highway . I called back to speak with the manager, and no one answered the phone. I do not recommend it. I would like a refund .
