Ask for the GF bun as the vegan option. It’s also a low quality bun (dry). Just because it has a ‘V’ next to it does not mean it’s vegan, it means there is a vegan option. The sandwich I ate had most of the components taken off of it and it wound up being poor quality. Updated from previous review on 2022-01-17

I’ll admit I didn’t actually order any food this time, but the beer was great and I’ll definitely be back to try out their many offerings.

We love Upland! We got the Thai Tofu salad and the Seitan derlion sandwich both were delicious!! They even make their own tofu! Their drink menu also has lots of options so there is something for everyone

I was so excited to try the several vegan options offered on their menu. They have a great selection of vegan options (burgers/sandwiches/tacos)... However... I really wanted to try their tenderloin or burgers, but surprisingly they are vegan only if you order it w/out a bun! Seriously?!?! Had to settle for the tacos (vegan chorizo/corn) and they were good, but when you’re craving a burger, it just doesn’t quite scratch the itch. Our waitress was patient and very attentive. She gets 5 stars! Was told that the chef would consider bun alternatives.
