We went in and the Lord on the counter said before we even begin, all that they had left was fish and pork chips. This alone speaks volumes!! The fish just melts in the mouth. I was so sad when I took the last bite. My buddy was close to tears, with how good the pig chops are. 15/10 definitely recommend!

Let me tell you about this gem.. not only do they have a wonderful staff/family that is full of life and heart, these people here know how to cook that food that speaks to your soul! I had perfectly cooked ribs covered in the best sauce I’ve eaten. Their catfish was beautifully breaded with a moist filet and had that freshly caught flavor. Their beans (we’ve all had beans, but not like this) had a hint of maple and heat but better than you can imagine. I also had fried green tomatoes and okra, mmm that breading with the freshness of the veggies made them melt in my mouth. So needless to say, I’d your coming through and you want some real fresh food, real flavors and amazing people with beautiful personalities, go see Betty. They won’t disappoint. Thanks so much for the laughs and fantastic food!

Great soul food restaurant. The food was excellent and the portions were hearty. Great staff.

Couldn't get unloaded so was at Love's for the day. Heard about this place and checked it out. No doubt probably the best ribs I've ever had. Good people there with real small town hospitality. Definitely will be back.
