Casey's General Store - Indianola

I used to be a loyal fan of your pizza. When you introduced the Beef Brisket BBQ pizza it was so good. That is sadly not the case anymore. With easily less than half the original amount of meat compared to the pizza I fell in love with. Now you put it in the middle of the pizza? Looks more like a cheese pizza. WHY??? Cost? At what cost though? Your gonna lose loyal customers like myself. I have spent more money at Pizza Ranch in the last year than the last 2 decades. I ordered from multiple locations in the area to ensure to rule out one bad experience. There is a clear pattern here and I'm tired of it. I will NOT pay for another BB BBQ pizza every again.

Pizza flavor and quality has taken a turn for the worst at this particular stop. I love going in but the breakfast pizza has too much of the cheese sauce so much so that the toppings fall off so I can't eat it on the go and the lunch pizza's are so greasy that the flavor can't be enjoyed. Saddened by this as Casey's pizza has always been my favorite

We stopped in for snacks and a bathroom break and came back to a dead battery in our van. The employee was so courteous and helpful while we waited for help to arrive. It made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you!!

Very convenient location. We love the pizza and the tenderloin sandwich. Easy in and out for getting gas right on the main drag.

Stopped by this Casey's for snacks during a bike ride. My friend's leg was cramping up and we asked if they had any pickles. Natalie left the deli right away to bring us a container full of pickles. My friend was able to bike the rest of the way. Thank you for the excellent service!
