Raspados Esmeralda - Indio

One of the if not the BEST raspados in town! Super humble family owned spot and a very artisan approach on their syrups! None of that store bought stuff. They even have some exciting flavors you typically won't find elsewhere, such as Arroz con Leche (rice pudding! and Pitaya! Just a heads up, given that they make all their syrups in house depending on seasonal and actual availability of certain fruit, they might not have them all. Regardless, it's a must try. Personally, the vanilla is a must, Hibiscus with Pineapple is also delicious!

I am absolutely in love with this place. It offers the most delicious and refreshing treats. Ever since discovering it, I have been going there every day. I highly recommend it. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.

They are delicious with flavor to the last spoonful the people who work there are very friendly good service clean the place everything is good congratulations gentlemen of emerald shaved.
