RED - Industry

Unfortunately we didn't feed in the red restaurant. the day of our reservation someone called and left a message that it is in construction so that we eat in another restaurant in the same hotel. at the time our big party is hard to change the venue, so we just went along. I had hoped to sit and rest, but I stood there for what seems to wait 20-30 minutes until the staff give us a functional highchair that is not broken. services and eating as well as the music are excellent. I have no complaints. it is only beaten with all the things, I can give it only 3 stars because we originally expected the Seeblick experience in the red restaurant, but said we are held in the lobby level restaurant.

Only issue was with our server. Britney has no people skills, she comes off as full of attitude and lacks compassion. She’s not a good server, the whole vibe was weird after she took our order because of the attitude she gave us we ordered alcohol and even though I have been there numerous times before and have been served by her a couple of times with the same attitude she still had the audacity to say “I’ve never seen you before I need to see your ID” will request Melissa next time, Melissa is the best server hands down, I think Britney would benefit from some people skills training from Melissa. Anyway, other than that, food was great as always and the ambiance was beautiful and relaxing thank you.

We always enjoy our Department outings at Red. Very relaxing and a good reward for employees.

It was a really nice setting with live music that was soothing and after that was over, quiet night out.
