Indian Bukhara - Inglewood

Indian Bukhara has a range of dishes, including popular traditional Indian foods. You can pick your spice level depending on how you like it. This place is a must try, and would definitely recommend the lamb vindaloo and Naan.

I've visited this place several times now, both for takeout and dining in, and it's a fantastic local choice for a Brit craving curry. The curry here in New Zealand is quite different from what I'm used to back home, but the options are excellent, and the food is always freshly prepared with great flavor. I keep returning! A nice touch was when we ordered our first meal after they reopened, and we forgot to pick up part of our order—they delivered it to us! They're a wonderful group of people and the food is top-notch. I can't wait for my next visit!

We really enjoyed the food—it was perfectly balanced, not too soggy or overly spicy, and there was plenty of chicken in the butter chicken! Even though there were no diners on a Saturday night, there was a steady stream of takeout orders and phone calls while we were picking up our order. It seems to be a popular spot and definitely deserves a recommendation!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially since we arrived just 10 minutes before closing with our 3-year-old. The food was outstanding! We found ourselves talking about it for days afterward. It's the first time I can recall leaving a restaurant feeling completely satisfied – I didn't even come home hungry! Thank you all for making us feel so welcome!

All good.... Plenty of meat in the servings. I went kiwi hot..... I would say, no more than just above medium. Didn't want to go Indian hot.... Maybe I need to. Worth a visit
