Tim Hortons - Innisfil

This restaurant is awful. The staff are impolite and disrespectful. There are also flies all over the bagels, which is disgusting. I ordered a muffin and a worker grabbed it without wearing gloves. When I politely asked her to put on gloves, she became rude. As I was leaving, I overheard her mocking me for requesting that she wear gloves while handling the food I had purchased. I understand that working can be challenging and people can have bad days, but I have never encountered such rude and ignorant staff at a Tim Hortons before.

Ordered a smokey bacon sandwich but there was also a greasy hashbrown on it, (which I will feed to the seagulls), also when part way eating it, it was spicy then normal. Disappointed. .. but coffee was good.

Inquired on purchasing more cards at the window (and proceeded to pay) when management came over power tripping about her window times and how much of a nightmare I was to be buying extra hockey cards at the window. Will be calling corporate Monday as the altercation had me leaving without any of the food I purchased (look it up Karen) 1 order of wedges (with chipotle) 2 ice coffees (with extra shot of cane syrup) lol don’t forget the hockey cards. This location is last resort. I tipped 5$ to the gentleman and female employee that had to be dealing with this chaotic B word. Still not living wage but what do you expect from a company that’s lost it’s “true to roots” touch for us Canadians.

They need to treat their employees better.Higher wages.REAL breaks.Full, paid benefits.They work hard, they deserve it.

I went to Tim Hortons craving a sandwich but ended up leaving with a bagel. This is the second time it has happened to me at a Tim Hortons in the past week!! They don't serve food after 10 PM.
