Írjon visszajelzéstWe felt comfortable as a family with toddler for dinner. There is a really excellent children's card with more than stino options also our food was very good and the service in speech and style absolutely pleasant. What pleasantly surprised me: It is completely clear that the crises and burdens are particularly affecting gastronomy. Against this background, I find the absolutely fair prices in a place that lives from tourism remarkable.
The waiter was physically present, but no more. We had ordered a (big) fish soup for 12 Euros, but it simply did not deserve its name: hot cubes with some rag onions, in which there were some gruesome fish pieces. No fun!
I can only evaluate the restaurant, but I liked it very well. With Murphy's and Dingslebener Pils some other beer brands from the barrel. No overboard, but very well placed menu. Good service with light weakness in online reservation. Better call for table order!
We (3 adults and 4 children wanted to go again on our last night on the island. We ordered a table for 6:00. The waitress was quickly placed and accepted our order for drinks and food. The drinks came and nothing happened from there. The tables around us were served, were all there after us and got their food. Nothing happened to us. After more than 1.5 hours waiting time, we asked for 2 service personnel whether anything went wrong with the order. No, you're coming. We'd like to have a drink, but no. After another 10 minutes the waiter came: he would have to send us the bad news that our order has gone down and whether we still wanted food. When we said that this is naturally athletic and we have been sitting here for over 1.5 hours with children, the answer of the waiter was: patience strengthens the character. That's what he says to four kids who've been at the table all the time. So we ordered our food again and were finally allowed to order a 2nd round of drinks. We should consider what he can do to us (smarties and confettis? . After we finally got our food after more than 2 hours, disappointment was great. Unfortunately, I have to say that I have never eaten so bad Tagliatelle with Spinat. As a reparation, we were offered ice cream or now a drink round on the house, but we just wanted to get out after 3 hours. We have not come to the price. Too bad. What has rather disappointed us that no proper apology came: Dear guests, we have to apologize to them, unfortunately with their food order something went wrong. We'd like to pick up their order again if they're right. As a time bridge, we would like to bring a drink round to the house. It would have been right. It is also not the problem that the order has fallen. We are all people, and there can always be something wrong, but how to deal with us was simply unbeautiful and disappointing. We've been coming to Hiddensee for many years and know the Wieseneck, but something like that hasn't happened here yet. And stupid sayings (as answers don't even go.
The Wieseneck is an institution. Like a sanctuary on a sanctuary (Hiddensee per se). The staff fully handles the shop and is extremely courteous. In doing so, you can see how much work on the omnipresent lack of personnel is on the occupation. We always like to come and look forward to our friends behind the counter. Greetings. Frederick
