Uncle Ray's Brickoven - Intramuros

Tipid sa bag, pero hindi tinipid sa ingredients their pizzas are perfect (mostly the carbonara pizza cinque pizza -16 inch crispy thin crust w/ gooey, umami cheese, and a full of hits! we also ordered buffalo wings, puttanesca pasta, pesto pasta, bolognese pasta and caesar salat. and they are all exceptional delectable that surprises us so much because we did not expect something really affordable and full of taste at the same time. Moreover, each portion is good for 2-3 people! all 6 of us were in the position to enjoy each of the above mentioned court budget-friendly × tasteful dishes × huge portions. What else could they ask for?

The interior decoration was beautiful, they can see their oven when they cook the pizza. space was spacious, friendly and courteous staff. I ordered the funghi pasta, which was good, but it was missing parmesan, so we had to order additional Parmesan cheese. calamari for starter was served quickly, but it lacked seasoning and a little oily.

Her fish fillet was really delicious and the place was really cozy. the service is not quite good, however, because the waiters do not suggest or even explain some of the meal in the menu.

I'm not sure why not eat so many people at this place and why the reviews are not so good. I had one of my best dates here in this restaurant. we ordered only a carbonara pizza, which is very unique with an egg upstairs and also very tasty. it was a kind of pizza for both of us! the music was loud, but they turned it off after that notice that I spoke to someone about the phone. service was good and it was not expensive!

After a tiring day at Manila Ocean Park, We wanted to have pizza and we found this place. The place looks nice and clean. The waiter was kind and he attend to us immediately. My sister ordered Carbonara which was not creamy at all. It was bland and the most awful Carbonara I have tasted. Sad but true. While I had Bolognese. This one is not delicious at all. I was not able to finish it because I felt like eating pasta without any sauce. They should have been more generous with the sauces on their pasta, it would have been nice.
