Drkula's 32 Bowl - Inver Grove Heights

Never had an issue here until recently. The wife and I wanted to spend an hour bowling so we called around for availability. The older lady that picked the up the phone assured us that they had open lanes until 6 pm. It was about 4 pm when we called. We arrived no less than fifteen minutes later to be told they had an entire league there with “all these people” (there were visibly only five people in the bowling alley. Only one lane currently being used) and because of that they had no open lanes and that we should’ve known to reserve a lane even though she told us they had open lanes until 6 pm. She blamed us…. The customer even though we only went there based on the information she gave us on the phone. Very upsetting experience from this place. I’ll likely never bowl here again. In fact we took our business to an alley where they honor their word.

I've been going to Drak's for 30+ years. Always a good time.

My friend and I came here with our Nieces. They had an $8 per person special for an hour and a half bowling. They worked to get us a lane as quickly as possible. The bowling ally was very busy since it was a holiday weekend. I have always enjoyed coming to this bowling ally.Service: 5/5

Love bowling at Drac’s. Good food in the pub as well, would love to see the bigger menu come back though!
