Dunkin' - Inverness

I highly recommend trying the Mocha Coolatta, muffins, croissants, iced lattes, vanilla bean crème brûlée, and the Wake Up Wrap with egg and cheese. Don't miss the frosted donuts, egg and cheese sandwiches, bottled water, brownie batter donut, K Cup pods, and bagels!

Lovey and I visited the drive-thru with our little baby cockapoo for a relaxing evening drive and some ice cream cones. I ordered a strawberry cone while my wife chose pralines and cream. We also picked up a cup of chocolate to take home. Since it was nearly closing time, we got our cones quickly and headed back home. While driving, my wife started enjoying her cone and asked me to taste it. To her surprise, it had a strong coffee flavor! Since it was late, we decided not to go back, which left her quite disappointed. On the bright side, my strawberry cone was delicious! I guess if you enjoy coffee-flavored ice cream, it would have been great for you!

Parking: There’s plenty of parking around the building, and it’s usually not crowded. Service: Takeout only.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts management ever. Everytime I ordered something it would be wrong, If i wanted a bagel they didn’t have it. When they mess up an order forget talking to a manager because she will lie. I put an order in for 3 Donuts and a coffee I got an empty bag and 3 coffees when I decided to go up there and ask for a manager she rolled her eyes at me when I told her to make the situation right. Then the manager decided to ban me from the location and tell corporate if i’m on the property I will be trespassed, Kind of crazy after the manager there was calling me names and being very unprofessional. I can’t plead my case with the coward owners because they won’t even watch the video of what happened. Smh. The worst experience EVER.

I buy Dunkins every single morning from this one. Usually spot on. For the last 2 days we have gone 4 times. Utter garbage. Raw bacon, no sugar in the coffees. This happens at every Dunkins we go to. You cry about min wage, yet u can't make a simple coffee or thrown together sandwich. Won't be back. You lose over $500 a month from us. Tired of it. Garbage. Service: Take out
