Hilton Chip Shop - Inverness

On Saturday evening a very busy shop on this) 35 minutes waiting for my order, another customer had waited 45 minutes. the staff on Saturday night could not cope with the order volume and the people in the last could not follow the commands, not cook enough to keep the waiting queue to the point where the waiting queue was out of the door, and the whole staff could do, especially the young laughing at the frit, how busy it was. accepted, I have a partial refund on the order, but paid for it for image of the sour cup, a draw of chips best and 2 rubbers like broken sausages.

Price increase and size reduced. £9.30 for a fish sauce. had been too long under the lamp, so did not remain fresh. measly portion chips. children behind the counter are more interested in a laugh. I don't grudge the children, but young people will be young. it must be an adult. so good, a real disappointment.

Not very happy with the food chips, where not very well cooked the burgers and the at the rock hard also the have different price there until they do on the website. Many thanks for their answer I wanted their business anyway not insulting I have just an honest review about the food I have received, I am not sure what they mean that I only ask if they get their stuff fresh and buy them in honesty

Just tried to eat a smoked sausage supper and trying to get through batter was an experience. Have never had a batter that tough or chewy in my life- considering was 17:30 am wondering how long it really had sat in there- waste of money

Great chippy I’ve been 2 or 3 times and the food is good I highly recommend !!
